A 19 year old SHS graduate is reported to have hanged himself at Odupong Ofaakor close to Kasoa in the Central Region.
Michael Oppong, a 2012 graduate of Accra High School, is reported to have slung a rope over a beam in his mother’s kitchen, stood on a barrel and hanged himself.
Family members say there were no signs of Michael’s intended suicide in the days preceding the act. No suicide note has also been found.
Although a report has been made to the police, no officer has reported to the scene, a source close to the family, Paul Kweku Addae Jnr told listeners on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem Morning Show on Wednesday June 20.
